Summary: Cottage was in a fabulous location and the view was gorgeous. The cottage is nice (acceptable) but needs a thorough cleaning. We had a great time

Summary: We had chosen this cabin due to availability and the high capacity per cabin. Our stay was in Mid August of 2022. Cabins: The cabins are situated lakeside amongst other cabins owned by Waterlily Retreats. The surrounding cabins were in various states; some were ready to accept new lodgers while others were in mid-repair. We had rented two lakeside cabins (a 3 bedroom and a 4 bedroom) for a family getaway. The 4 bedroom cabin was suitable for the stay, but the 3 bedroom was not. The cabin had a moldy smell which was being aired out by a few fans. We unfortunately had to relocate to another cabin, separating the group. replacement cabin was acceptable. Staff: The staff was the main concern as they were hovering around throughout our stay, pointing out the various rules which we were needed to adhere to. These rules should have been addressed during the check-in (especially the liability form signoff which was provided midway through our stay) to allow the guests privacy and time to enjoy their vacation. Some hospitality training to the on-site staff would definitely help improve the atmosphere rather than coming off as creepy or overbearing. Facilities: Kayaks, Paddleboats, and Paddleboards are available for an hourly rental, but prices seem quite high. Didn't see other lodgers renting these out. Firewood can be found strewn about on the property, but are not to be taken. Rather, it must be purchased from the store at a pretty steep cost. There is a small playground for kids as well as a basketball net to shoot around on. Barbecues can also be rented for a fee. Overall, there is some potential for this place to become a great place to stay, but there will need to be improvements needed to both the facilities and the staff on-site.

Summary: Enjoyable and memorable time with friends at this peaceful and beautiful area. If the owner can re caulk the shower rooms would be much better

Summary: I can honestly say the best cottage rental experience ive ever had! Very very welcoming 10/10 location and hospitality, i see them going around fixing up and maintaining the doc area as they are new owners as of recently the place was very clean cottage as well very big and spacious inside looks like it would be small from outside no complaints at all by any means i will definitely be back for there soon!
